Watercolors
Watercolors have always been my main passion. I’m not sure exactly why, but it may be that I enjoy the “uncontrollable” aspect of them. So many variables are at work with watercolors, the dampness of the brush, the consistency of the paper, how much color is in the brush, and of course, those “happy accidents”.
Watercolors help to remind me to let go of the results, and concentrate on the process instead. I find that I end up working in partnership with the watercolors, and the final result is a collaboration of serendipity and skills. I find this medium a cathartic experience which gives me great joy.
I hope you enjoy the results…
