I started out this painting of a vase full of a wide variety of flowers. I found myself getting caught up in the details of the flowers, which made it hard to stay loose with the painting.



I ended up making up flowers as I went along. Half of these flowers in this vase I couldn’t tell you if they exist or not, but I sure had fun making them up!
